Important Environment Agency Notice:
A two-day closure of the lock, with no access available, has been scheduled to take place Monday Dec 11th and Tuesday Dec 12th, for grouting works. Unfortunately, there has been a pump failure, meaning a new pump will need to be sourced today (Tuesday December 12th).
This has the following impact on the timetable for the works this week:
- TUESDAY Access from approximately 14:20, until approximately 19:00 – a change from the full closure previously advertised
- WEDNESDAY Access from 02:48 to 07:30. Thereafter no further access until Thursday’s advertised window
- THURSDAY Access from 03:24 to 09:00 followed by 16:05 to 21:15
- FRIDAY Access from 04:04 to 09:44 followed by 16:50 to 21:59
